Overview
Most public bodies have an obligation to publish their data open source under the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015.
We are working with public sector organisations to develop a framework for how public bodies can manage the tension between making data publically available whilst retaining data utility so that researchers and others can benefit from the release, and the privacy and security concerns that open source release of data will bring.
